Jiande Haihua Electric Co., Ltd was established in November, 2002. It has a history of 17 years and is a professional manufacturer of electric capacitors integrating research and development, design, production, sales and service. Haihua electric pays special attention to the manufacture and development of capacitors for high power induction heating system.
※Our Factory
Jiande Haihua Electric Co., Ltd was located in Jiande Hangzhou City that is the first “ Urbanization of livable city” in China, also is a “high speed rail hub city”, transportation is very convenient. It covers a total area of 8,000 square meters, construction area about 7500 square meters, and 80 staffs, around 26 technical engineers, with a registered capital of 20 million RMB.
We have an advanced fully automatic production line with annual production capacity of over 100,000 units of power capacitor. Our company has the complete set of inspection and test equipment to make sure quality trace and inspection of the whole process from raw material to semi-product, finished products. In addition we also have advanced type test equipment of capacitor, it gives a great help to new product development and application of new material. We have a high-quality professional management team and R & D team, which can continuously develop new products to meet market new needs, to be line with international product standards, fully meet manufacturing localization needs of international product, to help customers increase their competitiveness.

※Product Application
1、Resonant capacitor’s application
Electric heating capacitor is used for electric inductive heating system device,, sometimes called the resonant capacitor, the compensating capacitor , the commutation capacitor or the medium frequency capacitor. Electric capacitor is mainly used for not more than 3.6 kV rated voltage, frequency 50 KHZ and under controlled or adjustable ac power system, is dedicated to the improvement of induction heating, melting, stirring or casting device, and the power factor of similar applications.
2、DC filter capacitor’s application
It is suitable for AC line voltage 380-1250v，the middle DC voltage is below 2kV，high power series resonant induction heating power supply of DC bus with high current and DC voltage support。
3、Protective capacitor’s application
Protective capacitors are mainly used in the protection ground of series induction heating device and the resistance absorption circuit of direct connection to the protection of large current limiting current.
4、AC shunt capacitor’s application
1、AC high and low voltage parallel capacitor: high voltage parallel capacitor is mainly used for more than nominal voltage 1000 V, frequency 50 Hz or 60 Hz AC power system reactive power compensation, improve power factor, reduce line losses, managing electric energy, improve the quality of power supply.
2、Ac filter capacitor high-pressure: ac filter capacitor is mainly used in 50 hz or 60 hz ac power systems, and other accessories, such as the reactor and resistor connected together, provide one or more of the harmonic current of low impedance channel, by-pass filtering or reduce the harmonic current of system, and improve the power factor of system
